Has anyone read the Naked Warrior by Pavel?

I have and it seems pretty great, before i read his book i could do one one legged squat to the ground, after reading it i can now do three sets of five one legged squats, immediatly after reading his book.

Johnny a lot of the techniques u mention seem simliar to his.
 
I haven't read that book but I have read a lot of the stuff he has had published through Muscle Media when he had a regular column there.His kettlebell stuff and the ladder principle have worked great for me.

You are correct in your assumption. Although, I base my routines on "power to the people" and "Russian kettlebell challenge".

If no one has read "Power to the People", I would say this is ABSOLUTELY required reading for anyone interested in strength training OR sport training.
