Thanks!! Ya. Im pleased!

Well been doing well. Took one day off of working out last week. Was real wiped out, and my knees were hurting me, so took a rest day. Did not realy want to work out yesterday, but did any ways. Gotta work on my workout. Keep it fresh.

my eating is doing great! Not finding my self craving sweets much, and am only eating when hungry. I am struggling to find the right kinda food though when I need to wip something up. I have to work on that. Its to easy to grab some frozen frided something and pop it in the oven!!!!!! Made a nice chicken/brocoli sturfiy last night!!!, so I am on the right track! Night time snacking is done. I dont eaven have the craving any more!!!

Well been REAL sick with a cold/flu so workouts have been nil this week. :( Its beed a tough one. I have tryed to keep watching my food intake. Spent a few days home sick, and thats a tough one. I tend to over eat, but I did my best. Weighed my self this am and I was at 257, so Im happy with that
 
Well still sick. :( This cold is a doozy, and is kicking my butt!!!

Still no workouts[well unless you call standing up a workout? :( But still eating well. Watching my portions, and trying to eat the right stuff. Doing a little better, hoping to get a few min workout time in sometime this weekend.
 
Did a light workout last night. I went easy on the cardo becouse the cold is still hitting me, and the lungs are pretty congested still. Did spend about 15 min on the bike doing lite work, and then I did some lifting. Felt good to be down working out agean. Cant wait till the lungs clear [feeling a little better today] and I can get into a good Cardio workout on the bike.


Eating well. I over did it a bit at lunch, but kept it smart at dinner.

I was bad yesterday afternoon. Went to Mickey D's with the kids. :banghead:


We did spend about two hours outside sledding, and shulving, so I got a pretty good workout in anyways.

Weigh in this morning at 253.5 so Im REAL happy!!!! Just gotta kick this cold!!!
 
Well I went to the Dr today, and she said Im going to live. :D :D Longs are pretty clear, so as long as I can control the cough Im good to go, and can work out some. Hoping with in the next day or two!

Im still eating real well though, so thats good. Not dropping any this week though. Kinda suprised realy. Eaven though I am not working out, I am eating great. Guess my system is just screwed up with the cold.

Well I think I found one of my problems... I figured out what I have eaten the last few days... And it turns out to be under a 1000 cals!!!!!!

You know.. this cold just makes me not want to eat.

So I am going to try to keep better track of whats going in, and get that level to where it should be.

No working out... 1000 cals a day... Im sure my body's just shutting down.
 
WOW!! Good for you!! Ashamed to admitt it, but I got sick over the holidays and then fell on ice in my driveway so ended up taking like a month and a half off. Getting back into it is really hard right now. I have lost 40 lbs and need to lose another 20 so I am going to get back to the basics and cutting out the sugar again is essential. I know what you mean about not craving the sugar and crap anymore once you do cut it out. It's just taking those first steps again. I am very proud of you for pressing on and I know you can and will do this!!!!

I have done REAL well with my eating, so Im very pleased over that. I did some light lifting yesterday. Felt good to move a little. No Cardio though. Just dont have the lungs for it yet.[fall into a coughing fit after a min or two.]

But Im coming around. I am trying to do a little more every day. This one has been a DOZIE for sure!!!!!
 
Well still battleing this darn cold!!!! :(

doing good with my eating though. Defently shrinking my stumic!!! Cant eat half of what I used to without feeling sick! Down to 245 and making good choises!!
 
Feeling a little better last night, and did some working out. Felt great!!!! This cold has kicked my butt for a LONG time. Lungs congested, so working out was out of the question. [hack hack hack] Well spend only about 10 min on the bike, at a low speed, but it felt good to move. Felt good enough after, that I did some lifting also. Hoping I am back on track, and can get some tone back in me!!!!
 
Finlly felt goodenough to get back on the bike!!! Did 25min last night, and felt good. Still not up to my pre Killer cold speed, but fet good to put some time in! Back to my lifting ruteen also. Starting to feel it!!


As for the diet. Doing well still. Cant eat anywere NEAR what I used to. Feel sick if I eat to much. I have had some cravings for not good stuff though. I have allowed myself to have one slightly cheat day a week though. Not a pig out, but just one day, where I can go a little over. Seems to be keeping the cravings at bay. and that pizza tasted good!! It was nice to be able to eat only two peices!! I would normaly eat at least four.
