Sam, my glute workout was awesome! I'm doing it 2 days a week, between 3 days of total body training. I think this week has gone pretty good for everyone, while they are getting into the swing of things. 20 more weeks after this one!!

What do you think about Ab Crunches?? I can do that while camping. We'd have to make sure people know they can't double count that for the weight/resistance points though.

Then rabbits all over the world will start eating owls and... ugh, I can't think of the DISASTER this could cause!!!! As for skating... no skating for me lol... All I can say is this week sucked. I was so busy that I didn't get on the forum much AND I didn't help my team out much... I've gotta do better this next week for sure. I ate fast food everyday and still managed to lose 2 lbs though lol so that was good... Imagine what I would accomplish if I ate WELL TOO! I'm going to give training and diet 100% this week no matter what else I have on my plate. I want to see what ONE HARD WEEK can do for me!

This week was okay but after seeing the point totals, I realize that EVERY POINT counts! I can't slack anymore.
I think crunches are great for the next bonus challenge (as you already know cuz we texted). 3 set of 15-25. GREAT JOB keeping up on everything! Let me know if you want me to do any of the work!

Thanks Shaun! The problem is I keep losing the same damn pounds lol. I was down to 155 a couple of weeks ago... ugh.Nice work on the 2lbs Paula. You're moving right along. I always wonder the same thing when I have a week where I didn't do everything right, or everything I should have. I always wonder where I'd be if I followed the plan. Last week I pretty much stuck to it though, only 1 bad meal which wasn't a big deal.

Congrats on the 2lbs... I hear you on the fast food... I had it a couple times last week too and feel kinda bad about it... Nothing to dwell on though. I'm really going to try to not really go out to eat this week... I need to get some work done by this weekend! I need to work on my inner thighs too, prob sounds funny coming from a guy but hell it's the truth. I think that area can be a problem for a lot of people... I just need to go run I tell myself. So... I've been doing okay on the cardio, weights and bonus for the Vegas Challenge. I hate doing ab work cuz my ab muscles just stick out further lol... that will all change soon though (surgery) so it's all good.
I haven't been doing so hot on the eating though... packed all my food for the day and then STILL ended up eating Burger King for lunch... WTF is that?
I'm going back to my "JUST FOR TODAY" motto... Just for today I'm going to eat healthy... everything planned, nothing more, nothing less...![]()
