Okay today I weighed 157. My goal for this Saturday is 155.
I'm still in therapy for this stupid knee (ruptured ACL, torn miniscus, and torn medial petellar) but I'm trying to at least do something to get back in shape. I'm back on my diet (see page 9 if interested). I was really successful with this diet the last time and I actually really enjoy the foods so it's just a matter of getting back in the habit of packing my food instead of stopping and getting fast food.
Holy cow, when I think about it, I was eating 2-3 fast food meals a day! I'm probably pretty lucky I've only gained 10 pounds back in 7 months. Anyway, day one... here I go.
