Okay ladies! I'm ready to do this full force! I have exactly 11 weeks from TODAY before I get married and this eating thing is not going to beat me! I'm in control of me..... FOOD DOES NOT CONTROL ME! The next time I want to binge, I'm going to resist and I'm going to look at my avatar, I looked like that once, and I WILL look like that again! It's time to turn this around and the pity party is over! I am not the type of person who can feel good about giving advice when I'm not even following it myself. I've beat this before and I'll beat it again, one day at a time, starting today!

TODAY'S GOALS:
10,000 steps
No bad foods... Saturday is coming and I can cheat then.
Some band workout when the salon is slow.
Grocery shopping so I have no excuses to not eat right

TOMORROW'S GOALS:
I WILL GET UP FOR MORNING CARDIO. I will not let 20 minutes of extra sleep come between me and my goal!
No less than 10,000 steps and follow my diet exactly

I'M BACK LADIES! It's time to stop talking the talk and start walking the walk. What I preach to all of you works and I'm going to prove it myself! Stay tuned.... ;)
 
I think I posted this little silly trick I do sometimes, somewhere else in the forum, but, sometimes in the morning I will post that I did X number of miles before I actually DO it, and it motivates the crap outta me do DO it! cause I dont wanna have to actually take that out...seems i not only DO x number, sometimes I even go a tad more! I think its just 'planning' but for me, its a mental thing, as usual.:p

Ah ha!!! I knew you'd be back soon enough!!!!!! And we are here to make sure you stay that way! Here we go....off to beat the food/the cravings/ and anything else that gets in our way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok.. the HEAT is on.. (great now that song will be stuck in my head all day!) But you are going to kick some but girl. Of course not before I kick some too. The competition is ON woman.. .gear up that pedometer!!
 
I got my pedometer, snapped it on around well almost 2:45pm. So I think I'll leave it on until I go to bed and see how many steps I manage. Ya hear me Paula... the challenge is on.. !! :)
 
I think you guys need to start your own challenge thread in the club... Pedometer challenge... And post all your steps every day. At the end of each day, we'll see who's the winner. ;)

Happy Monday ladies! Ten weeks til my wedding and I AM ON THIS!!!!
Got up this morning and worked out:
Cardio: 30 minutes (man, it's beautiful outside)
Weight Training: Legs/Abs
Squats- 3x20
Hamstring Curls- 2x8
Walking Lunges- 3x10 (each side)
Standing Calf Raises- 2x15
Leg Raises- 2xfailure
Ball Crunches- 2x10

My mood so far today is GREAT! Going to really focus on the diet and water today (and the steps of course!) I'll be heading to all of your journals later... gotta get ready for the day first. :D

Food today:
Three eggs (all the yogurt is at the salon :( )
Handful of popcorn and half a slimfast bar (should be eating an apple and a protein shake)
