Wow, that's a hard question because I know it's me we're talking about! Isn't it funny how I can hand out advice to everyone else but when it's me who has the problem, the rules seem to change.
So I really had to think about this one for a while. I had to try to take myself out of the equation... what would I tell you or Dana if this was you?
I would say that:
First of all that you've come a long way. You've lost twenty pounds and you have less than that to lose to reach your goal. There are always things in life that can prevent us from reaching our goals if we allow them to. If losing weight were a simple thing, obesity wouldn't exist.
As far as the eating disorder goes, you tackled it once, you can do it again... one day at a time. Tell yourself that "Today, I'm going to only eat the things on my diet and I'm not going to worry about tomorrow, today.
Next, you still have three months before your wedding and people make major transformations in that amount of time so there is still PLENTY OF TIME to reach your goal. Stop letting that stupid little number box determine whether or not you're succeeding or failing! You've gone from wearing a 9/10 to a 5/6... HELLO! That's great! You GOT THIS GIRL! And in the meantime, there are plenty of people on this forum who've "got your back". ;o)
