Haha! I definitely will! I think Josh and I are going to have the scale killing ceremony tomorrow and then we'll celebrate with some dinner and a movie! :)

Hi all! I actually didn't get to executing the scale this weekend... we were so busy with the salon but I assure you, it is still on death row and will die sometime this week. I'll definitely post pics of the "ceremony"! LOL!
So I'll be taking my exercise bands to work with me today and doing the exercises during down time... I've also got my pedometer on so I'll have to take no less than 10,000 steps.... Thanks everyone for stopping by! :D
Oh and JB, so much for Spring here... it's snowing like crazy! :rolleyes:

Okay, I have to admit, so far today I'm sucking a**! Who the hell brought these damn Girl Scout cookies into my house! :mad: Okay it was me but I'm going to blame any weight I gain on my mom because I haven't bought Girl Scout cookies for years and what do you know, she gave me three boxes on Saturday... wait, I can't blame my weight on her cuz I don't have a scale anymore.... man this get more and more frustrating! LOL!

So I didn't do well this morning but I refuse to blow the rest of the day. Preschool is almost over and then I'm headed to the salon and I WILL EAT RIGHT the rest of the day... and drink plenty of water! :cool:
 
Hey! Glad to see everything is going so well. I hear ya on the snow. It is supposed to snow here today and it is cold. What happened to Spring? Lol! :D

Ok, just saw the post that went up as I was typing. Lol! I hear on the GS cookies. I had the same problem, remember? Don't worry. It will all be fine. Just get them out of the house as soon as possible!
 
Paula, I swear (and I told my Nutty Buddy this, too) the GS put narcotics in those cookies - I mean, why else would a body fork over so much money for so few of those fat/ sugar pills???? LOL Really! I bet if you look in the ingredients you'll find some nasty li'l narcotic in disguise! :p :D hehehehe

I didnt get to buy any girl scout cookies this year because I was off work from my foot while the girls were selling them and my husband didnt have anyone ask him. So it kinda slipped by us this year...not that Im complaining...I love the samoas and if they were there man I would have eaten the whole box!! I did walk right by the girls selling them at the grocery store the other day...man that was hard....but you can do it..just eat them up and then work out a little more and then no more till next year....haha goo dluck with that...and everything else
 
on food in the house...know how I always like to keep bad foods out of it? well my D has to eat food made from home now, and she really wanted chips to go with her sandwiches(they are remodeling the cafeteria:() so every day I have to deal with em till they are gone...(pringles....damn:mad:
