that is too cute on your little one's comments!!! no, they do not lie! your pictures look good (other than that mope on your face ;) ). Glad you are keeping us updated. Oh, and by the way, gut is NOT HUGE and you are looking toned to me...just my opinion.

I know I can't see changes in myself through pics... Im terrible about that.

Anyways, enough about me. Glad you are back!!

And I have to say that my five year old has always been very blunt and honest (as most five year olds tend to be). She used to tell me I was fat but the other day she said to me, "Mom you are getting skinny. If you keep exercising, you'll be really skinny." I was so excited because I know that little chic does not lie! LOL! :D

Ok I wanna smack ya!! :) but I am right, and you know it! :D Seriously.. I think you look very petite in those pictures with well defined muscles. No mistaking you for a transvetite!! You look fab.. just wish I had that arse!! :)

Thanks JB and elizab3th... The shirt covers up a lot I promise! My stomach is just not tight at all. :rolleyes: But that's okay, I'm working on it and I still have three months til my wedding.

JB, keep doing what you're doing and when you are able to get the Isagenix, we'll get ya set up. :) The salon is going great, thanks for asking. :D

Okay so I'm on day two of my cleanse and I'm feeling good. Haven't had many side effects so I'm feeling lucky. I had a tiny headache last night but it wasn't very big and it didn't last long. The hunger pretty much just comes in waves so it's bearable. The cravings are the worst though OH and I had to pee so much yesterday! That was pretty difficult considering I was the only one working the salon. So tomorrow I get to have one "real" meal and I honestly can't wait to have my tuna, crackers and an artichoke... man that sounds so good right now! Okay, no more food talk. :D
 

You're doing great - way to ignore the cravings.. I know how hard it is - I'm starting a juice fast just for tomorrow but I really have to control myself especially when my boyfriends always eating all this food right in front of me - guess I should just stop hanging out in the kitchen hey? Haha.
 
Oh yeah! Luckily my fiance is very sympathetic (he used to wrestle and had to "make weight" all the time) so he doesn't eat around me and he even makes sure the kids don't eat around me. It's nice. :)

How long is your juice fast and what is it exactly?
 
Got to eat today... it was WONDERFUL! I didn't even want fast food either, just wanted some tuna, crackers, and artichoke. :D

Thanks JB! It WAS everything I'd hoped for! I tell ya what, after nine days of this, my diet will seem like a daily feast! ;)
 
I have decided NOT TO CONTINUE ISAGENIX...
To be completely honest, I think that it's a good (although rather expensive) product if you want to lose a few pounds quick. I also believe that losing those pounds might motivate some people to continue losing. But for the majority of people, I think it could be a huge let down when they put some of the weight back on or when they binge because they've been so deprived for so long... not to mention, pretty expensive.
As a Personal Trainer, I know of less expensive ways to lose weight fast (although I don't recommend them), so I don't feel right selling such an expensive product to people when I could help you lose the same amount of weight in the same amount of time, for a lot less.
And last, as a Personal Trainer, I've always tried to teach people that what you do to lose weight, you should be able to do long term, so this product goes against my beliefs.
So... while I think that Isagenix may work for some when it comes to reaching their goals (and if it does, great for them!), I have come to the conclusion that it isn't a product I would feel good promoting or selling.

I hope that you will all respect my honesty here. I was a member of this forum long before I bought a salon and considered selling Isagenix. I do not ever want to be in the business of selling "disappointment". So, for those of you interested, I will continue to offer you my advice (free of charge) as far as dieting and exercise go and, for myself, I will push through these last ten pounds the same way the rest of you are pushing through your weight loss.... with hard work and great support from wonderful people on this forum. :)

And heck..ya saved me a lil bit of money too! hehe ;)

I certainly wouldn't hold honesty against you :D Its great you care enough to NOT sell something that wouldn't be an appropriate "fix". Glad t' have ya back :D
