Paula, can't fall of the wagon, because she knows I will be down there with my foot to kick her back on. :D C'mon girl... you got a wedding dress, a half dress ex, to show up for!! YOU GOT THIS!!
 
Thanks BizeB, Kate, Angela, HH and Dana for all the support, encouragement and laughs... It really helps when I get in a slump. :D

And Dana, you are right... I GOT THIS!!! I'm not going to let some measly little 15 pounds come between me and my goal! I blew the first half of the week but I can still lose a pound by Sunday so all is not lost. And even if I don't lose any this week, I've maintained so that's not all bad.

Okay, up tomorrow for morning cardio and I'm going back to taking no less than 10,000 steps a day... that seemed to be working for me and I haven't been keeping track lately.

BTW- I posted earlier that I ate a Ding Dong today which (I thought) consisted of 350 calories, 18 grams of fat, and 47 grams of carbs... well I just looked at the box and that was for TWO Ding Dongs (I only ate one). So I just pulled a NewLeaf (remember the Reese's? ;) ) but that's okay, we're all entitled to our blonde moments. :cool:

Back in the morning AFTER I've finished my cardio! :)

I am so proud of you!! I love the attitude you've taken on and that is just what I like to see. You keep me rolling when I hit bottom at times, so I'm glad that all of us here are helping you out. And you thought this forum would be boring.. lol!! :D

Way to go on the ding-dong. Doesn't it amaze you what we can "see" when we're in a hurry? ;) lol! You're doing so great.. I am sure there couldbe a pound missing by Sunday!! Keep it up!

I'll be waiting to hear how your morning cardo went!
 
So Paula, did you end up doin' your cardio or did you find NewLeaf in your face?!!! LOL Come on woman! Don't make us sic her on you!!!! LOL Hope you have a good day :p :D

Today's Goals:
A.M Cardio :)
Push-ups
Sit-ups
P.M. Cardio
10,000 steps

80 ounces water
Clean diet (will list any "cheats")

Off to shower and eat breakfast... will update this as the day goes on. Thanks for being here for me ladies! :D

You're doing great and your goals sound awesome for today! I am really impressed. Way to go on the water too. Gosh knows I have a hard time keeping mine consisently at least 60oz!

So..going for the real push-ups or girly ones? ;)

I read somewhere that you should take your current weight divided by two, and that's how many ounces you should drink in a day.
 
I completely understand that! But where I work at home it's not as hard for me to take 40 bathroom breaks a day! ;)

Hey, I can't remember who it was but someone here said that everytime they reached a weight loss goal, they bought themselves some flowers. I think I'm going to start doing that. I love fresh flowers and I have this (empty) decorative vase that would look great with some fresh flowers in it. SO when I get to 148, I'm buying myself some flowers! :D

Oh yeah, and I just talked to my wedding organizer about Josh and I writing our own vows and she said that if we write them and then send them to her, she'll put them on gold paper, roll them up and put them in bottles in the sand so that we can read from them AND we'll have a cute little keepsake. Oh, so cute! :) This wedding is going to be perfect... :D

Thanks Kate, I reposted a better pic of it (clearer). I'm hoping for the goal too but I don't think I'll get the 148 because I slacked this whole week... It's okay, if I don't I'll just try harder next week but I'm still going to push hard till Sunday to get as close to it as possible! Wouldn't want you to beat me! ;)
 
Great job on the cardio this morning :) Like you said if you don't get to 148 this week you'll get there next week. You're doing great!

That would mean that I would need to drink 107 ounces!! :eek: There's no way I could do that on a daily basis. It is hard enough to get to the bathroom as it is. :rolleyes:

That dress is beautiful! You will have to post a picture of you in it after your wedding day.
