WEEK ONE
This is the first Monday that I am starting my journey. I have taken photos and will post them each week to keep myself accountable and show my progress! There ain't no going back now!
I weighed myself and the scale showed 220lbs.
SW: 220lbs
GW: 200lbs by June 1st!

MONDAY + TUESDAY: Both days went well eating wise. I didn't make it to the gym either day like I would have hoped. I think the reason is because I'm afraid of starting over, which is silly because the sooner I start, the sooner I'll get back up to speed and start getting in shape! I'm planning on waking up and going first thing in the morning, even if its just for a half hour!
WEDNESDAY: I did it! I went to the gym this morning for a half-hour and did some elliptical and medicine ball exercises. It wasn't much, but I feel really good about this first step. Tomorrow I'm going to go and do a little more and build upon yesterday.
THURSDAY: I didn't do it! =[. I didn't go to the gym like I wanted to today. I also ate a turkey wrap with bacon and honey mustard in it! UGH! But, that's ok because what's done is done. I'm back on tomorrow. This is a learning process and I can't cure everything over night.
FRIDAY: No gym again today, but I got socked in by the snow in New England and it was closed! I'm hoping it's going to be open tomorrow morning. I did REALLY REALLY well eating. I had great food (tons of fruits and veggies) that left me satisfied and sometime I can maintain. That's exciting for me.
