Passing wind

Hi all I am new to the forum, but have been keeping fit for a while on and off, my question is this, I have started using sci-mx diet shake, in-between meals as recommended, the shakes seems to be working, but I seem to be passing wind a lot, and i work out in my local gym, needless to say I need to get this problem sorted, and fast, any ideas...
 
You're probably taking in TONS of protein and hopefully fiber.

Gas comes with the diet. I find the more liquid protein (shakes) the worse off you are.
 
Thanks for the reply, I have been told it could be the green tea in the mix and I also drink a lot of green tea, I have also been informed that beano can help with this wee passing moment, in the mean time I have really cut down my tea lol...
