My photos are in the mens photo section, might have to search around for em if you wanna see. My starting weight is 245, not sure of an ending weight, because I know what I wanna look like, not what I want to weigh if that makes sense. I am cutting fat and gaining muscle at the same time, so my weight probably won't change too much. I will post measurements later, if I find a tape measure.

thats a good goal taylor. i think it's more important to care what you look like and not what you weigh.

so these are my Stats and goals

CW:145 GW:120 OTHER GOALS: FEEL GOOD ABOUT SELF, BUFF UP, AND GET BACK INTO RUNNING SHAPE AND GET OVER MY BINGING PHASE

with everyone supporting eachother, this should work!

ok, taylor we have a major size difference but the same goals: to gain muscle mass. il post my stats:

im 5' 7''
my weight is around 138
30' waist
11' bicep unflexed 11.5' flexed
20' thigh(half way between knee and groin)

LIFTS
bench:1rm=~90
squats: 1rm=~113
bent over rows: 1rm=84
chins: my record is 6reps one set,4 reps another set, 2 reps the last
Mil.Press: 1rm=~56
deadlift:1rm~96

so basically i am going to have to step it up on my lifts to get bigger.
 
Weigh In

Hey...got my weight, but no measurements...my son wasn't quite cooperative today...

STARTING WEIGHT: 131

GOALS: 115...I want to look toned and to have my hips slim down. I just really want to feel good about myself. I want to go to the gym 5 times a week...everyday cardio and 2-3 times weights. My last goal is to stop having these last stupid 15 pounds running my life half the time. It's so hard.

ALRIGHT...TOMORROW STARTS A NEW WEEK...EVERYTHING IS A CHOICE FROM WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH TO GETTING OFF YOUR BOOTY AND IMPLEMENTING WHAT WE WANT. DO ANOTHER WEIGH IN ON SATURDAY..KEEP EVERYONE POSTED ON YOUR DECISIONS EVERYDAY!! GOOD LUCK THIS WEEK GUYS!!!
 
Hey! I hope you guys don't mind I'm going to start my weigh in and measurements next saturday when I have some more time. But here are my goals:

To lose body fat and gain muscle through exercise regularly (yoga, horseback riding, biking, hiking, and weights) and eating right. I'm keeping my calories under 1800 with equal carbs/protein/fats. Keeping my diet right and staying away from junk food has been hard lately! I have messed up a couple times but am getting back on track now!

I'm 5'6'', 20 years old. I will get my measurements and weight next week!

G'day Aussie digger here sounds like a great idea, mate I would like to find a
cobba to buddy up with,so we can ,help each other along, in our training
goals, Does it matter what kind of training you do? eg Do you have to
partener up with a runner; or is it soley for moral support, ?
My training is in DYNAMIC TENSION ( tiger moves & isometrics,martial arts,
dynamic visual resistance (DVR & DVS)dynamic self resistance, would love
to join the team.
 
One goal ,many different paths,same destination

Mate, it's great to see a abunch there for each other. It's a legend to
see this group in action. mate it's not so much about the training methods
, it's really about the fact that we train, everyone of us Is different & we
all have different idea's. Some we'll use ,some we'll try & swear by. Other
things we won't. (BUT IT'S THE FACT WE TRAIN & are there for each other) I'VE found 2things( 1 everyone loves to talk about it, 2 very few actually do it.)
When push comes to shove " YOU'RE EITHER TRAINING OR YOUR NOT.
Having a cobba (mate) Beside you can make the load lighter.;)
