Paroxysm - Back Again

Yesterday I didn't do much exercising. Okay, it was pretty much none.

Uhh... I had most of a chicken biscuit. I didn't eat like 10% of it. I also had a cup of French Vanilla coffee.

I also had three slices of pizza.

The evaluation was okay. I'm going to see a psychiatrist on Thursday.
I'm going to be seeing a counselor on a weekend also, once we find one nearby. Heh.

I've had two slices of pizza this morning. Hn.

My parents have forbid my girlfriend from coming over, pretty much.
But we're together anyway. She dated someone who lived in North Carolina for a few YEARS, so I am hoping she can handle not being able to really see me, although I live in the next subdivision over.
Phone + internet... Ehn.

We will make it work.

I've done 162 crunches so far today.

Aghhh. I am dead tired.
So I took a walk from 12:16 to 12:52, then stopped at the park nearby and relaxed a bit before taking ANOTHER walk... from 1:06 to 2:02.

First walk: 36 minutes.
Second walk: 56 minutes.

That's 92 minutes.

No jogging, though. Just walking.
Nnn.

On mostly un-level surfaces.
And not really too brisk of a walk, but at a moderate pace.
 
Nice walking there! Good job! You've certainly got your walking time up fast. :) With walking it's more about the time than the pace anyway.
It's also good to hear that you're getting to talk to someone there. The more and various kind of support you have the better.
I'm sure your girlfriend will survive a short separation. Any idea why she's forbidden to come to your house?
One thing caught my eye there in your posts. You seem to be eating a lot of pizza. Is that somehow your only choice of food? Have I missed something here... (Sorry, just curious.. :eek:)

All we EVER eat is fast food. Lmfao.
Right now, yeah, all we have is pizza.

And I got my walking up because I MADE myself walk to where I HAD to keep going and then HAD to COME BACK. Heh.

But I was super tired and took a nap right after.
 
You are doing so great on your walking. Hope you had a good nappy. I felt like having one at work today :)
 
Last night... I had a BIG bowl of this cheesy & meaty rice stuff with two small croissants... And a bowl of ice cream... with some Reese's Pieces, a 1000 Grand Bar, some chocolate syrup, and some milk.

This morning I had a BIG bowl of cereal... and I've also had some popcorn, a 1000 Grand Bar, half a slice of pizza, and... uhh... a bowl of some more of that rice stuff.

No exercise today, other than running up and down stairs / jogging to my phone and to the bathroom.

Did 30 crunches. Ehhhn. Gonna do more later in the day.
 
I feel a bad urge to come and strangle the person who's buying that food to your household. :mad: I confess, I wouln't eat almost any of that if it was my last food during the 7 year famine. Ok, maybe then... :rolleyes:
My sympathies for you to have to cope with that. :eek:
Is there ANY chance you might be able to persuade them to buy fruit? Or some kind of fresh vegetables? :pumpkin:

We went outside for a bit. Not too much exercise, but...

Goddd, I am doomed to fatness. xD

I am thinking of giving up on losing weight.

Eating like a pig.

Not cool. At all.

Tomorrow, for my cousin's 16th birthday party, we are renting a pavillion at the nearby mountain. We are going hiking.

So... yeah. I should get some exercise then.
Meh. I need to work more on portion control again. Sigh.
 
Yesterday, I went hiking up a mountain. Going up was about half an hour; coming back down was about half an hour. I went up the mountain TWICE. That's about two hours.

I had a bunch of pizza, some cake, etc.
Drank Cherry Coke Zero and Sprite Zero-- nothing else.

Just got back from a walk. Went from 6:03 to 6:28. That's 25 minutes.

Haven't been doing my crunches lately. They like... made the skin near my tailbone RAW. Err.

I think I might go back to sleep now. Heh.
 
Today, I played a little bit of DDR... went bowling... walked to and from the arcade to Taco Bell...
Yeah.

Got a bit of exercise.

I think I had... a slice of pizza... a 6 inch subway sub... and one hard taco and one soft taco.
 
Try taking a napkin or paper towel and soaking up the extra grease on the Pizza or any other fast food you have. Also, try suggesting "healthy" alternatives to what your family buys at fast food joints, like the Arby's Frecasha(?Spell?) sandwiches, or McDonald's garden salads (sans the fatty dressings). It's just as cheep and in the same places where pizzas and the other "trouble foods" your family is getting is.

Don't give up. Seriously. I have twice and both times you regret it so much. Go to the before and after section of the forum for motivation.

Sooo, went to bed at like 3:30. Woke up at about 8:30 or something.
Took an hour-long walk.

Had a Coke when I got home. Bad choice, I guess.
But I'm not gonna eat breakfast or lunch becaues I ate a bunch last night before bed because I was depressed.

Eghhhh.

So I'll just drink a bunch of water. And keep my teeth brushed.

I need to work on this whole eating thing. Ugh.
 
Eh. I took a 34 minute walk today.

I've been eating way too much and not exercising enough.

Kinda been beating myself up.
 
Okay girl, you are exercising. That is great!

Arm yourself with information about fast food. Visit all the fast food websites and look up nutritional content. Then you will know what your best options are when you eat at those places. A taco at Taco Bell is 150 calories.

It is difficult to assert yourself with adults, but ask to go with them the next time they go to the grocery store. Pick up apples, bananas, those little baby carrots that don't have to be peeled. Tell them how important this is to you.

Count calories. Use fitday.com. Brushing your teeth throughout the day is a good idea you have. Give up pizza and the cokes, or limit yourself to it once a week.

You can do this!
