I have bad pains in my wrists when i do barbellcurls and pull ups, and i don't do any isolated workouts on my wrists. Is thier anything i can buy to help support my wrists or any suggestions when doing these 2 workouts. I Was told to try an ace bandage but i don't see how much that could help, are their any wrist braces or anything that are any good, and am i the only one who has this problem?
