Pain in wrists

I have bad pains in my wrists when i do barbellcurls and pull ups, and i don't do any isolated workouts on my wrists. Is thier anything i can buy to help support my wrists or any suggestions when doing these 2 workouts. I Was told to try an ace bandage but i don't see how much that could help, are their any wrist braces or anything that are any good, and am i the only one who has this problem?
 
I had bad wrists when i first started to train many moons ago. I just avoided the excercises that affected my wrists and cleaned up my diet. Very little problems since.
 
My diet is great and i dont have access to cables for bicep curls i have a home gym so i utilize what i have and i can't see not doing barbell curls it targets my bicepts the best. Ive tried both free hand preacher curls and pully curls, the pully curls worked a little better but both give me pains.
 
well i used to have pain in my wrists, arm bone, and elbow joints. I just chilled without doing curls for a while, and took my Centrum A to Zinc pills, about 3 days later it healed and i never felt them again, your probaly overworking the or sumthing
 
don't get braces or straps otherwise you'll develop more stength in the biceps than you have for your grip causing a weak link...just take time off there only bicep curls which really don't do a lot any way
