a coupple of weeks ago i had some pain in my foot, at the heel. it hurt when i twisted the food around and stuff, it happened right after i had done my lower body workout. which was squat and one of those leg press thing (you lie on your back in some kind of a chair so you got your feet in the air and theres a thing you can push with your feet which u can hang weight on)
i dident really pay much attention to it and it was gone in a coupple of days. but now, after i stretched the leg muscle it came back, and now its alot worse.. it hurts just walking :S feels like ive twisted the ancle or something.. only i havent :S
any idea what it is?
