Pain in shoulders

I will be 15 in about a month and have been working out for the last month. I am now experiencing pain in my shoulders and they have started clicking, couold this have anything to do with me working out at a young age?
 
whats your height/weight and how heavy are you lifting?

I have a sore right shoulder that I hurt in football and I used to have to warm it up a lot before I start lifting. If I didit it bothered me quite a bit and clicked in and out when I worked out. However, since football season ended it has gotten progresively better and now its not much of a bother at all anymore.

If you hurt your shoulders outside of the weight room then just lower the weights and do some physio and wait it out. If not there may be problems with your form and technique. Do they hurt all the time or just when doing certain excercises?
 
Its not your age, but probably the weight you're using. Most people think they should be lifting 400lbs when they should be around 150.
 
I am 5,11 and weigh 141lb, and i usually lift about 50kg(flat bench press). I am doing Joe Defrancos westside program so the weight varies each day but when i lift i don't go so heavy that i go bright red like i have seen people doing at the gym i go to. I get the pain when i do bench press, push ups, and throwing a football.
