Is this pain normal? When I do dips, I already get this pressure against my chest and it hurts quite a bit, but I always finish them, 3 sets of 8.
Just want to see if I might be doing something wrong (although dips are pretty straightforward and I'm almost psoitive I'm doing everything right).
