Overweight

Hello, I have 28 years. I have a weight from about 7 years ago. When I get pregnant with my first child went up 35 kilos and not down more. My lowest weight was 69 kilos and the maximum is 108 kilos. Please anyone help me, sending me a diet...

Healthy eating, exercise, professional help, and lot of will and faith. Learn to cook healthy food, I am already an expert, Entertain something else to distract you, one does not, what you like, crafts, music, social assistance. And above all, control your visits to the supermarket, go with a list and choose healthy food. Luck....

It is very important for us to limit our visits as, going with a list is much better way for getting whatever you requires.

If you are facing overweight problem then better to meet fitness trainers as they will suggest you much better ways and surely your problem of being overweight will definitely soon get over.

Balanced diet is very much important take fruits, green vegetables, fat free dairy products, chicken and fish instead of read meat. Avoid taking junk food and beverages take lime water or juice in place of these beverages.
Take proper amount of all nutrients and do workout regularly. Avoid taking too much calories and fats.
 
Start with a healthy balanced diet. And, when you feel like you are able to do an exercise routine, do it but continue with your diet. Make sure that you're also getting enough rest and sleep.
