Overtraining?

My bench has gone down 30 lbs in a week somehow. I spent last week doing 1-3 reps high intensity on my big lifts last week, 3 times during the week. I was going to spend this week doing it again and while my squat and power clean has gone up since last week, my bench has gone considerably down. My shoulders are sore (joints) and my elbows as well. They were sore last week too, but I was still able to do more weight than I was the previous period, so I didn't worry about it too much.. other than warming up more than usual. Today I was barely able to get 225 up, compared to 255 this past wednesday. What gives?

Is this a sign of overtraining? What should I do now? Should I skip the bench this week altogether?

I haven't had any periods other than inactivity from injury or sickness where I've actually gotten weaker, so I'm kinda at a loss as to what to do.

Any help is appreciated.

How is your diet? And your sleep patterns?

Perhaps it's a sign that your eating less or less heathy or not receiving adequate rest.

I've had more crap (cookies from relatives) recently, but that's been in addition to my usual pretty healthy diet. I've been getting plenty of rest, even able to work in a few naps after these workouts since I'm on vacation.

The type of lifting I've done the past couple weeks isn't something I'm used to, going near or max for 1-3 reps.. but it's only appeared to hurt my bench and really help my squat and power clean. And it was helping my bench before today.

I'm just not sure what I should do now. Should I stop benching this week? Bench, but do it differently? Ignore the lower weight and just do the 1-3 reps anyway? This is my last week of this type of training for a while, so I figured the joint soreness would be ok since I'll be doing more ballistic/speed stuff after this week and won't be working with heavy weights.
