Overtrained in 1 day?

Ok so 2 days ago (sat) i did a few extra sets and exercises on my chest (no idea why) and ever since then i've had poor sleep quality and have been completely drained of energy and its now monday afternoon here...

I haven't trained since then of course and havent changed any factors in my life.... is it possible to overtrain the central nervous system in 1 day like that?

I'm just gonna keep resting until probably thursday and see how i feel then..
 
Usually you will feel worse the second day after a shock to the system.

I trained my legs yesterday at 110%, when i havn't incorporated leg exercises for a while, feel tired today and know i will be worse tomorrow.

You shoul feel better tomorrow after another good rest
