1. When u r preforming the overhead squat do you try to keep your arms extended in the upward position while your squating or do you knid of let then come to abut 90 degrees(like a verticle shoulder press)?
2. My upper back was hurting when i did them today,(near where the shoulder blades come close together) could it just be an embalace or my form maybe be wrong?
