Over work out.....

I work out everday at my house.. with dumbells crunches and running..
Dumbells are only 26 pounds each... im a small dude lol.. so its kinda heavy for me.. I usally Do a BenchPress workout with them to build my pecks up..

I run 15 minutes a day...
And 50 crunches a day..

I do alot more tho.. Stretching , shadow box ect........

Is this over working my muscles... Im 14...
 
Everyday, you do each one of those exercises listed, nothing else?
 
just them lol Im going 2 start BENCHPRESS at my friends house.. i no i can lift at least 50 - 150.. im starting that next week 3 times a week MON - WED - FRI .. heh
