over training?

I came across this routine when i was looking for something to really improve my muscular endurance, its seems to be quite intense for a "Beginers" i haven't tried it but it just seems like there would be no real rest at all???
 
What routine?

the amount of running involved seems a bit much

if you have your diet,rest,training volume,sorted its difficult to overtrain IMO.
