So I'm new to this thread but not to dieting or trying to lose weight. I've struggled for a long time to keep weight off. At my highest I was 168, at my lowest 138! Currently I'm 5'7 and weight 148 pounds, which is an okay weight, but I can do better. I'm trying to get down to 130 within 2-3 months, and to not only lose weight but gain muscle. If it's one thing I want to be is strong and able to run a marathon. I know everyone here as tons of experience and I hope to get some positive feedback!
I'm also considering using hydroxycut along with diet and exercise, can anyone share experiences they may have had with this? I read that the caffeine in it can have u over hyper, but still I'm willing to try it out. Anyone else out there using weight loss supplements combined with a good diet and exercise plan? Would like to get some real life feedback
