outline,, good?

Well, i'm planning to step up my training up, since I want to see more results. This is what I got in mind... Does it look good? Just the outline, remember, I do probably one exercise for every muscle. mabye 2, like for tris.

Monday: Chest/Abs
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: OFF
Thrusday: Chest/Abs
Friday:Back/Bicepts/Forearm
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: Shoulder/Tricepts
 
Do you literally mean only one (1) exercise for each group, like you will just do only pull-ups for back, or only bench for chest, and be done?
 
the exercises arent really important, ,but..

chest/abs.. ex.

bench
incline bencch
dips
flys
weighted crunches
sidebends





see?
I just wanna know if the outline is good.. if its set up good.
 
I can't tell from what you've posted what kind of results you want to see. By your screen name, I would assume that you are in the Marines, meaning that you probably need to be strong, agile, and have some stamina. You need to be functionally strong so that you can perform "random acts of fitness". Based on the routine you have posted, it looks like you want to be a bodybuilder. The two conflict with eachother in my view. Which is more important at this phase?

Keep in mind that being functionally strong doesn't mean that you look weak at all... Quite the opposite. Form DOES follow function, but the reverse is often not the case.
 
Here is what I suggest...

Monday: Chest/Abs
Tuesday: Back/Biceps/Forearm
Wednesday: OFF
Thrusday: Legs/Abs
Friday:Shoulder/Triceps
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: Begin again or take another day off.
