out of ideas...

I'm realising that my current weights routine is too limited.
I dont have much to play with, only a bench, barbell, dumbells, with roughly 100kg...
I keep my tally sheet with me whilst working out and 1 problem I find is not knowing the names of certain workout techniques so I name them myself, but the point is, Im only doing:

* Bicep curls (on curl bar) 35kg

* Barbell raises? (above my head whilst standing) 35kg

* Bench press 47kg

* Crunches x 40

* Leg raises x 40

*(dont know what its called) bench edge dumbell lifts = where I place 1 knee and 1 hand on the edge of the bench, dangle 1 arm with dumbell (20kg) off the edge and lift up x15.

Are there any other muscles I could target with this equipment easily?...thanx
 
you can target pretty much everything u want with that equipment.

obliques: weighted side leans/russian twists

core: squats, deadlifts

triceps: dips, dumbell kickbacks, overhead lifts

the list goes on and on.
