Out of breath and tingly feeling normal?

Hi

I'm currently doing the 100 push up programme and on-line. I'm on week 2 day 2 of both programmes, but I'm finding the sit ups hard.

I do breathe out when going up, then in going down. Then I breathe out and in before I start the next one.

In the beginning of the programme, I felt that my abdominals were hurting. I expected this, but now I get out of breath and have a tingly feeling in head, arms and hands. Like needles and pins... Is this normal? Is my breathing wrong?
