Update from wife. This month was rather bumpy. School and work have become very stressful, hard and time consuming. We've missed a few exercise days and had 2 cheat days one week(my fault =/). I've looked up some ways to keep motivated and am posting those nasty pictures of myself on a board with pictures of what goals I want (which I need to lose weight in order to achieve i.e children, more money from my career, not being asked why I am so fat when i travel to 3rd world countries etc.) We still haven't gained any weight and Going4It is now under 270lbs! I'm sticking around 252 and 253. Like I said the last two weeks were meh but we are starting anew getting our motivation back. I still haven't gotten around to measuring us again but i'll do that soon! Even so you can totally tell we have reshaped and I only have a slight double chin now as well as very skinny arms. I'm still not use to it! Also Going4It went onto the 4.5 hour core sleep and two 20 min naps a day. This is working for him a lot better and I feel has helped him to start losing weight a lot better. He's never tired or passing out in his chair and he still has a lot of extra time in the day. I tried the 6 hour core sleep with 20 min for about a week and couldn't get through the adjustment phase with school and work as I kept falling asleep while trying to study and was grouchy at work. So i'll try again in the summer. Sorry if this is long but those are our updates. Oh also I was 7lbs from my goal on Feb. 15th but I had lost 13lbs so I was happy. I finally made it under 50% body weight to 41% (that fluctuates by .5 either way daily as well) My water weight is around the same but I don't even remember why I wanted it at 50% so that's ok too. Also we finally started taking our supplements and have way more energy and feel a whole lot better and I am finally having women problems again! We have new goals as well but I need to go so I'll post them later.
