Hello everyone. This is my first post in this forum. I am a 22 year old male, father of two sons, and am in the United States Navy.

I am currently 250 lbs, 6'1", and would love to lose 60 lbs to bring my weight down to 190 lbs. I would like to accomplish this by the beginning of December.

My diet is going to be consuming 1500 calories per day, and exercising every day.

I am doing this for myself so I can be healthier for my family. I would also like to become a police officer, and some states and cities have weight restrictions.

I just started my diet today, so everyone bare with me! :jump:

Today for breakfast I didnt have anything to eat. I like to sleep in :p

For lunch I had 3 Burritos (frozen, made in the microwave) and they equalled out to be 900 Calories.

For dinner I had 2 Corn Dogs and 30 French Fries, which together were 600 Calories.

For exercise I swam in the pool for an hour.

I hit my 1500 Calorie limit exactly :)
