Order of exercises?

I was just wondering if there is any particular order I should follow with specific exercises, when I'm working out? Ie: On Sundays (I transfered Monday to Sunday because I can't get to the gym on Friday night), I do chest, shoulders, triceps and abs...Mondays - Lats, traps, biceps and cardio, so on and so forth. So when I'm doing the exercises, is there a particular order I should follow as to which ones I should work first, etc.? (I know to do cardio last).
 
My suggestion would be to space everything out. Don't do so much all in one day. Especially chest, you should isolate and pick a day just for chest. I do chest - monday, back - tues, shoulders and traps - wed, arms - thurs, legs - fri. Whatever I skip or don't do I'll make up on the weekends. I also run and do abs randomly, I try for 3-4 times a week for each.

Compound before isolation
high velocity before non-velocity
weak points before strong points (not always applicable)
There's more but this should get you by

One other thing-typically bigger muscle groups before smaller.
Oly lifts and legs would go at the beginning of the workout
then chest or back
then shoulders arms etc
