Opinions on my workout plan?

I changed up a few things in my workout plan that I made in microsoft excel, and I was wondering if you guys/gals would critique it for me? :D I had a few opinions on what it use to be, so i changed a few things up. So this is what I have now.

ok, you have 3 types of biceps curls and no chin-ups, why?

This would be my variation of what you are trying to do(full body), ill try to be as similar as possible
M, W, F
Bench press
Military press
Bent over rows
Pull Ups
Chin Ups
Full Squats
Deads or Front Squats
** You dont need any extra cal work if u bike like ur plan does. I started mountain biking and my calfs have exploded

As cardio goes im not good at giving advise there, biking works for me but it may not for u...just a touchy subject
 
Yeah, what he said. I like to do a big lower/full body lift, then follow with a push, pull, push, pull...such as:

Squats
Flat BB Bench
Pullups
DB Flys
Facepulls

or

Deadlifts
Dips
BB Bent over Rows
OH Press
Renegade Rows

This is just what I like to do...and of course just a couple examples out of endless possibilites.
 
thanks guys, I totally forgot to throw in pullups/chinups. I'm going to take out the static curls and diamond pushups, and put in Wide grip pullups, reverse grip chinups, and military press.
