Opinions On My Strength Routine

please give your advice on my strength routine. btw my school only has a 4 day week and i dont have many weights at home (no gym around).thanks.

Monday(school)
-bench press 5x5/push press 5x5
-squats 5x5
-weigthed dips 5x5

Tuesday
-cardio 30-60mins
-abs/obs

Wednesday(school)
-bent over rows 5x5/clean and press 5x5
-romanian deadlifts 5x5
-weighted chin-ups 5x5

Thursday
-cardio 30-60mins
-abs/obs

Friday(home)
-hindu squats 3xfailure
-hindu push-ups 3xfailure
-bridging 3xfailure

Saturday
-cardio 30-60mins
-abs/obs

Sunday
-REST

I'd drop the stiff leg deadlift in lieu for an RDL, conventional dead, or good morning. You might also check out for a weekend routine. Not that your choices aren't bad but Scrapper has some killer weightless and db work.
 
Looks pretty good, although I don't know what the hindu ones are, I have to agree with evo about dropping the stiff legged in places of romanian
 
yeah good call, i think i'll alternate the dead's each week or so. and i think ill look into more free weights at home as opposed to bodyweight. thanks guys.
 
thx for the info guys. ill see where this takes me, oh one more thing. if i keep up with cardio and moderate my eating is there the slight chance of me leaning out while im building strength?
