Opinions on bulking

I've been bulking again for about 3 months (3 months with creatine now too) now and am up 10 lbs or so. I really think I need to eat more (and alot less of fatty dessert stuff because I've gained a fair amount of fat too).

Stats are: 6'4 203lb 20yo somewhere between 15%-17% bf

I've been making great strength gains, i hit 230 on bench the other day, compared to 205 before I started up, all of my pull exercises have gone up a ton and now I think I like pull day more than push. I can't really do squats because my knee gives me problems, but I have been doing deads and cleans, and hopefully I will start some sprinting to help with gaining some hops.

My goal is to get up to 220lbs, but I think I would be a fat ass by then, so I am not sure if I should try to cut before summer. Any opinions that, or what to improve on, or any advice for trying to reach 220 would be much appreciated, thanks!

Well can see a difference from before. What is your current diet and training routine looking like?

My diet pretty darn crappy, in the morning I will eat cereal, or something like a cinnamon roll or brownies (yea im a fatty I like my sweets in the morning), 60g protein shake after workout, lunch I will eat whatever, if it is on Tuesday or Thursday that will usually be pizza or a burger, for dinner most the time I eat chicken and pasta but after that have some sort of dessert food and then before bed a 60g protein shake. And on the weekends when I work 2-9 eating is even worse, usually just fast food if I eat at all. Im surprised I am not fatter than I am with the way I eat, its just so hard to eat well with school and work, and I don't have much of an appetite for healthier foods and vegetables. When I lost weight in the summer I had a strict diet, but I didn't have really anything else to do so that wasn't hard. I guess any tips on how to fix my diet would be helpful, I know its a big part of getting bigger but I tend to neglect it.

Here is the exercises I do on my current routine:
Push:
Bench Press 1x8 warmup, 3x8

Incline Bench 3x8
OR
Dumbell Flys 3x8 (switch it up every other workout usually)

DB Shoulder Press 3x8

Tricep Pushdown 3x8

Lateral Raises 3x8


Pull:

Bent over Row 1x8 warmup, 3x8

Seated Row 3x8

Lat pulldown 3x8

Preacher curls 3x8

DB shrugs 3x12

I have also been doing deadlifts, power cleans and variations once or twice a week on TTh. And I have been trying to switch up a few of the lifts a bit, but not by much.

Right now I have a really bad soar throat and my ear is killing me, I haaaaaaaate being sick and missing out days at the gym, its depressing.
