Opinion of Bear Naked granola?

Hey guys, I was wondering what you guys thought about this. I enjoy the taste, so that's not a problem. I was wondering just how nutritious it is.

On paper, it looks great. Tons of oatmeal and a variety of nuts with healthy oils. Good source of low glycemic carbs and EFAs from the nuts. What do you think? I'm thinking of eating three packets a day, which is about 1.5 cups.

I'm not a fan of carbs + fat meals, even if they are healthy fats.
what's the sugar like? granola's typical downfall is the high amount of simple sugars.
 
how big is a serving? 1/2 cup? if so 5g of sugar per 1/2 cup is a hell of a lot better than any granola I've seen locally, and I wouldn't sweat it too much.

however plain old fashioned oatmeal or steel cut oats would be superior.
