Operation Lard Busting

AThank u Irish. I know I can do it. I've done it before so I can do it again. Thank so much for the motivation. I've downloaded the c25k app to my phone so that should help me with the whole running thing. As I always say to u...tomorrows another day :)

Yeah I'm not paying someone 25quid just to run outdoors...it would b different if I was using some state of the art equipment or getting access to something else like other classes ect but I'm not so im just gonna crack on myself.

I downloaded the weight watchers app to my phone. I'm gonna start running with my sister. I start bootcamp on Thursday and I'm getting a new tv so my Wii will work and I can use the Wii fit woohoo.
I am super busy just now. I've applied for a promotion at work and have a technical assessment tomorrow before my actual interview next week. I'm not sure how tomorrow will go whether the questions will b easy or hard. Loads of people have applied so I'm up against some real competition. I'm really good at my job but its all about the interview. I really want this but I can only do my best.
I'm also studying for a qualification at work and I have 2exams coming up so I've got a lot of studying to do...so much to do and not enough time to do it in aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhh
 
Wow, life sounds pretty hectic for you ski!! Just have to remind yourself that any time you step outside for a bit of exercise it's time for you, away from your busy schedule, time to chill out a little. I know it gets a bit hard to justify sometimes when you have so much going on but to get through everything looking after yourself will make it so much easier! Haha and if looking at it that way doesn't help, what I do is think that time is going to keep passing no matter what, and in 6 months time I'd rather be closer to my goal from making a few small changes rather than letting time get away from me and being where I am now. If that makes sense :D


Best wishes for your goals, if you keep trying you'll get there eventually!

I'm getting a new tv tomorro which means I can do my Wii fit :) I really really want this promotion. With my increase pay I'm joining a gym again :)

Ski i have been eating AWFUL AWFUL all week, but today i ate good!! Please dont be stressing out to much hun, nothing ever gets solved that way:)

Im around the same weight as you give or take a couple of pounds! Cant wait for the 3 of us to be 180 now for christmas!! SOOOO EXCITING:) xoxox
 
AI know Kate...its mega exciting. I had too much yesterday booo! I didn't overeat its just the booze.
So yesterday I had 30g cornflakes for breakfast.
My lunch was cous cous and 3crispbreads with hummus
Then I had a strawberry cider - have u tried this stuff it is delish
Then 2 pints of peroni and 4glasses of white wine
Dinner was chicken in a tomato and chilli sauce with loads of veg and 3 potatoes.
I had my bootcamp session and walked for three miles in a pair of trainers that gave me a blister *sigh*
However I did point everything on my ww app and I overate/drank by 28 points....but I have 49 extra points a week so I used them and still have 20 treat points left for next week

Now today
Breakfast - nothing cos I didn't get up til a wee tad late
Lunch - 2 tuna rolls
Dinner - will b veggie curry
Exercise - 2mile walk

My abs and legs are killing me after yesterdays bootcamp.

But I did buy 3skirts cos I need something for my interview on thursday but none of them will fit at all. I need to lose about 4inches around my waist for them to fit...so I am dissapointed with that and am in two minds wether to keep them or not as something to aim for or send them back incase I don't lose weight and it'll just b a waste of money otherwise hmmmm decisions decisions
 
AI'm so excited to hear how boot camp is going! It sounds like a great way to burn calories and i bet you'll get in shape FAST!!! It also sounds like weight watchers is working well for you!!
 
AHi Amanda...I'm in pain today :) and am going again on Tuesday so I'll let u know how that goes. Weight watchers is ok...its a good way to keep track of what I'm eating/drinking. I'm hoping by the end of bootcamp I'd have lost a few inches around my waist and those skirts fit me....my own personal mini goal is to make those skirts fit lol!!!

Lol, I can only imagine! I'm in pain from doing TV workouts! Haha. How many sessions are you doing of boot camp again? I'm sure the skirts will fit by the end of it! You can make it happen!
 
AOmg I am in even more pain today than I was yesterday. I feel like an old lady when I try to stand up then I'm walking with a hunch cos my and r so sore. I'm dreading tomorro.

Breakfast - 30g of special k clusters
Lunch - sandwich and cup a soup and a carrot. I had a yogurt but I threw it away there was so much lumps in it - yuk
Snack - Apple
Dinner - 5 vegetable fingers, vegetables and potatoes.

Today I'm not in as much pain...but I have bootcamp at 7.40pm so my relief will b short lived *sigh* I can't b bothered going but I must if I want to b 180 by Xmas.

Breakfast - 30g cornflakes
Lunch - cup a soup and sandwich
Dinner - 2 fishcakes with vegetables and cous cous.
After bootcamp I'll have a slice of toast and banana.

AHey hun! Good thing you aren't in too much pain today, but this workout will probably cause more lol! I love the feeling of being sore though! It shows that you are working your booty off!

AHey Amanda, just back from my 2nd bootcamp session...it was tough cos my abs were still a little sore, just when I coughed and that tho so tonights session was a lot of ab work and I could totally feel it. I'm really enjoying it. I hope to up it to 4nights a week and then the 3rd wk up it to 5 and for my final week up to 6 - perhaps a bit ambitious but I'll see how it goes...I must get used to it, plus the people on the biggest loser do things like this all day every day so if they can I can.

I'll let u know how I'm feeling tomorro xx

Also just ate a slice of brown toast and butter :)

Exactly, it may hurt but its WAYYY worth it! That would be great if you did it 4-6x a week. Your body is going to look so toned after it I bet! You may get to 180 before either of us do at this rate!
 
AI probably won't, the trainer guy gave us a nutritional sheet with a diet to follow for 4wks. Looks pretty bland and very little plus it says that minimal weight loss will b recorded but large body fat loss indicated and stregnthening and toning evident.
So I'll give the diet a bash I'll start that Sunday and we'll see how it goes x
