My weight has been going up and down since I can remember. I'm 31 (about to turn 32) and a single mother. I've reached a point in my life where I want to feel good about my body. I'm at the very top of my BMI allowance, so I am not technically overweight. I just know how good I feel when I am in great shape. There is a sense of confidence that comes from being happy with your appearance. Call me vain...at this age, I know what I want. In the past, I have always wanted to get back to my highschool weight (125 Lbs). After having a child and becoming a voluptuous woman, I think 135 would be more approprite and realistic.
Today it starts! I think I am PMSing a little with some water retention. I just feel heavier than usual. Oh well, I'll burn more calories during my cycle.
My plan is to eat 6 small meals and exercise. I would like to be close 140 before I leave for Boston on June 5th.
