Beginning stats:
Height: 5"10
Weight: 165lbs
BMI: 23.6
Dress size: 14
Jeans size: 16
Reason for weight gain: Pregnancy and post-baby binge eating
Plan of action:
Lose initial weight with SlimFast diet and moderate exercise.*
Continue with Paleo diet and exercise after initial loss.
* I am aware that SlimFast is not healthy or sustainable long term. I know it works for me and I need the initial loss for motivation to get fit and healthy.

I was an 8 in dresses and tops and a 12 in jeans pre-pregnancy so I've never had a small lower half and the hip situation only got worse after having my baby! It really is so weird and wonderful how people with the same basic stats can vary so much.
Oh well, kids have gotta express themselves)
