Introduction
Hi. I just joined the forum. I want to make a diary about my diet for 2 reasons. First one, I hope it'll help me keep it going, and the second one, maybe someone else would be interested about this info. As you could tell from the title I plan on consuming only water ( and coffee , no sugar) for a month.
About myself
My name is Cristian, I'm 20 years old, I am from Romania and I am currently in college. My height is 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) and I currently weight around 97 kg (214 pounds). I was fat most of my life, the worst being when I was about 14 years when I weighted 93kg(205 pounds) but I was smaller. At that point I went for a harsh diet for 1 week and then kept a normal diet until I was 16 years old and weighted 77kg(170 pounds) with pretty much the same height as I have now. I got pretty fat in the last year by eating out of boredom , kinda stupid I know. I have a very sedentary life and I do no cardio, because I don't like doing it. I want to keep this diet to start changing my life style as I think is pretty bad right now and this should help me keep motivated, hopefully and I'm also curios about the results.

23.11.2016 - (forgot to weight myself) Today I started my diet. My fridge is empty and I am ready. Hope for the best!
24.11.2016 - 97 kg (214 pounds) My first day of diet has passed now. I can say it was pretty good, I was hungry 1 or 2 times during the day, but the feel went away eventually. I currently think about going to a gym to workout ( muscle, no cardio) as I am kinda afraid of losing muscle during this diet, not that I have much to lose, but just a thought. If I decide to go to the gym I will post it here.
I didn't make any plans on when to update this diary, but I'll try to update it once in 2-4 days let's say or if something interesting happened. If there are people with experience in this kind of diet it'd be nice of you to share your knowledge. And if I made mistakes in my writing I am sorry, I didn't had time to read through my post again and I'm not the best at english . Thank you for listening and have a nice day.
