Only lost 2 pound in 2 weeks :S

Hi everyone, I'm walking a lot at the moment as i injured my MCL (knee injury). I probably shouldn't be walking but i didn't want to sit around. In total i've walked 108.54 miles by doing 15 mile walks and a few 10's and 1 20 miler. I've cut all chocolate out and i'm probably not been eating enough calories each day. I've heard that walking doesn't promote much muscle growth so i'm thinking maybe walking is not doing anything for me. I do tend to walk a mile in 13.5 to 14 minutes if that helps i do not know.



Any advice please would do appreciated?

I know what you mean - I had a similar experience, but just keep going as reducing the calorie intake and exercising moderately will see you lose those pounds and maintain fitness at the same time!
