It's also important to look beyond the learning mode and check whether the institution is UGC-recognized, whether the curriculum is up to date, what kind of student support is available, and whether there are opportunities for skill development or career guidance.
From what I've learned, employers usually care more about your knowledge, practical skills, work experience, and the credibility of your degree than whether you studied online or through distance education. An MBA can certainly help with career growth, but the effort you put into learning and applying those skills matters just as much.
