Im a body builder and i was wondering if its ok to do one work out on each muscle? like biceps i do 3 sets of curls and then move to the next muscle. Should i change that?
No he's talking about doing one full exercise: 3 or 4 sets of the same move, ie curl for the biceps, each having about 14 reps just once for one muscle group and move on to do other muscle group. That's what he is asking.
