on monday i work chest/triseps/shoulders, teusday i work biceps/back/forearms, wednesday i work legs/abs, thursay i repeat monday's workout, friday i repeat teusday's, and saturday i repeat wednesday's. IS THIS A GOOD IDEA OR SHOULD I TAKE A DAY OFF IN BETWEEN EACH WORKOUT? my workouts last about 40 minutes using mostly compound lifts. im not sure if i should only lift weights mon, wed, and fri; then repeat next monday. im confused. please help. thank you ^_^
