i'm sorry see i posted this last time but my question was not done see if i were to workout and deit like i was to build mass would i lose any fat like this wieght lifting mwf and cardio on tts and rest on sunday and eating like 2000 calories a day see i never relly ate more then 1700 in a day i was never that hungry so would this plan work or do i really have to do one at a time please help thanks
