One Minute Push-Up Challenge, Who's Up for it? :-)

I was lurking the website and found this cool post, here's the quote:

Well, I was very intrigued by it ^_^ I think if this guy struggled and he's a beast, then I highly doubt I could make it, but it's the type of challenge I Adore doing ^_^

Just throwing it out there if anyone would like to try?! :)

I am thinking of trying, and ofcourse, as I'm no bull****ter, I'll film me and would post a link to the video if I do it, probably even if I fail, who cares, atleast well see how far I get xD

I'll be really honest with you, I did already make one, it was alright, but watching it helped to see I need to still work on the perfect form a little bit, it's tough, but since I'm filming with my phone, and the ligting was crap, I deleted it, everyone would have said, bloody haters "Ah Bull****! You can see the knees sagging and **** like that" I might just do it in nickers *lol*
Unfortunately I got a freaking infection on my leg and I'm on antibiotics now -.- I can't wait to try again =)

I actually would like to try today, can anyone here tell me, can you workout if on antibiotics?

I might even start a thread real quick because I really want to know.

I wasn't sure if you were going to be able to push up out of the down position, but you did it! Form was a bit tough to judge from the angle, but it did look like your hips were sagging a bit, especially as you pushed up. Do you have a video of the original guy that you mentioned in your first post? It would be good to use as a comparison.

Have you tried different hand positions? I'm guessing that some positions would be way tougher!

Yep, True, I have re-watched myself many times, and was not truly satisfied, as you say, especially with pushing up ^_^
I wore pants only because shorts hang on the floor and it looks like you're sagging but I wasn't *lol*
On the pushing up, yes, I lost perfect form for a bit when I was struggling ^_^

Hand positions, Yep. Usually when I workout I have them just over shoulder width.
In the video I had them pretty much like that, and honestly, to me personally that's hardest, I find wide grip easier.

Alright then, I Decided to make another one :)
About the angle, yeah damn, I spent like half an hour trying to find a good spot in the room! lol Sideways I don't know if I'd fit the whole body, I'm a bit Long XD

Anyway thankyou very much for your post and I will soon make another one and hope to improve. For the record, I was still on antibiotics in that video lol
