One Day at a Time

Why is it so easy to say 'I'll start tomorrow' and just keep putting it off? Or if you have a bad day just throw in the towel? I have done yo-yo diets my whole life and can never stick to anything. I am hoping that by writing out my feelings along this journey I can start holding myself accountable. I am going to start setting small goals instead of one large one. So with that said.

Current Weight: 221
Goal Weight: 210

This journey starts now. Not tomorrow, not yesterday but now.

A little background on me:

I'm 24 years old I weigh 221 lbs. I have been diagnosed with a heart diease since i was a freshman in highschool. I have used my heart problems as a growing crutch for my weight problem. "I cant do this because it will hurt my heart or I cant do that because my heart cant handle it" but it's time to find out what I can do and stop making excuses. Welcome to my Journey :)
