Well the cat show went well, but my strict eating and excercise went out the window. Friday i couldnt excercise with getting ready for the show, and it ended up a cheat day. Then over the weekend i ate junk at the show. Sat night went out to dinner at a restaurant and ate heaps. Monday wasnt good either. So in 4 days i put on like 4kg!
Im so dissapointed in myself because i had got so close to my goals. It'll take forever to work that weight off again.
But i have stuck to my no diet coke. It hasnt been that bad, just the odd craving.
