I have been training now heavily for the last three months and have accomplished much larger and stronger muscles with decent definition for being such a short time..However my right bicep and tricep are almost 1.5-2 inches larger than my left bi and tri..quite noticable when im working out or if I flex, is that normal?? I am right handed? Just really curious! Do the exact workout for both arms!? Anybody?????
I am doing a lot of dumbell work, so I will keep it up and hope for the best!
