ok.
So today is my first day back at work since 12/23. I took 10 days off to be home with Erin and John and am now back. I am soooo tired right now but overall am ok. Erin is off until 3/3 so that is good.
Went to the gym yesterday for the fisrt time since 12/27. I did my day 1 workout and 30 min on the arc trainer and I am so beat. I backed off the weights and the intensity on the arc because I knew i couldnt jump right back into it. I am actually sore though- I havent been really sore from a workout in months....
I am going to try to go 3 or 4 times a week until we see what John's flow and rhythems really are and I can gauge what Erin can handle. Volleyball starts up tonight but i do not think I am going to go- I may but again, I need to see what erin can handle.
I was 219 this morning so all in all I did not do badly either over the holidays or the 2 weeks of completely sparadic eating.
I am back- in whatever capacity I am in- and took a solid 2 weeks off so I should be ready to hit it a little hard in the coming weeks.
