Happy is such and ugly word to be honest. Not pissed at as much is better. But for me that is actually happy so I'll take it.
I'm a night time eater too. If I eat too much early in the day it's almost impossible to keep my calories in check for the day.I hear what you are saying but my concern is that I will want to eat more at night and end up exceeding my calories for the day.
I almost would rather run out of gas a little then exceed- I am thinking that would work on the weekends though.
How are you doing with everything overall?
OK.
So I had a decent weekend eating wise but not great. I still consider myself to be back on track because I did not go overboard.
Ran on Saturday- probably around 7 miles since I was out for over and hour. It felt good but hurt too much at the end- I was struggling like I had not struggled in a while. I did not eat alot on Saturday before the run so I am sure that had a lot to do about it.
Stayed up a little later than usual last night to watch the bears game- sorry all you form the Philly area that are on this forum- so I am a little tired today but so be it.
This week may not be horrid at work so that should be a good thing.
Erin and I have another Ultrasound Wednesday so that is a real good thing- they couldn't see everything they wanted to on the first one so they want to do another. No issue to me- I would take an ultrasound every week if they would let us!
So all in all not bad.
counting cals still obviously and working out almost every day.

Erin is 6 months to the day practically. We need another one because they couldnt quite see everything the first time.So you're getting another ultrasound done huh? Remind me again, how far along are you two? Do they know gender of the baby yet or is that why they are looking again?
